It has good location in the heart of things, in a pedestrian area. The double room is perfect with nice clean bathroom, a comfortable bed, for instance. The employees are accommodating and very welcoming.

Particularly good and excellant location, right by Calle de San Juan. Also, as right beside the cathedral giving the excellent access to the old town. Cheap & tidy rooms with balcony. Great amenities like central heating, a work desk and a TV set...

Rooms felt cramped!!! A heavy main door made it difficult to enter with luggage!!! A sturdy place for drying washed clothes would have been appreciated!!!

Family with children definitely suitable
Had to love the location next to the lovely old basilica made everything super convenient for exploring. The comfy single bed was just right for a night. The staff were friendly and helpful, even let me stash my luggage for a bit while I checked out the nearby shops and also the restaurant next door had a vegetable stew that was real nice
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still worth it for the experience and comfort

Comfy single bed and a decent shower. The location is fantastic, right by the concatedral. Lots of shops and bars nearby. The super nice team and let me leave my luggage for a bit. The restaurant next door had a delicious vegetable stew 😊

The room was far too small, a shelf would have worked better than the awkward table crammed in, and let's not even talk about the heavy door that almost knocked me over with my luggage. An extra pillow would have been nice too. I expected a complimentary gesture for all this inconvenience but was sadly disappointed. Almost gave it two stars, but just couldn't.

A good stay just steps away from the Basilica! The room was cozy with a marvelous balcony view, and the comfy bed. I loved the thoughtful staff who provided two keys, allowing me and my companion to explore effortlessly. The location can't be beat.

The location is superb, situated right next to the Basilica in the old part of town. The room was clean and adequate for my needs, and despite lacking air conditioning, it remained comfortable even with outside temperatures reaching 34°C.
